The Worktops are made for you and can not be returned for a refund unless damage has occurred during transit. The time of delivery is approximately 2 weeks from time of order as the tops are made on request and delivery to your Postcode area will be subject to where abouts the delivery address is within Mainland Great Britain. We strongly advise you to not book a fitter before you have had your order delivery date confirmed as manufacturing delays can occur which are out of our control.

The Minerva worktops are very well made; we sampled a few of them at a showroom we visited a couple of weeks ago while looking for inspiration for our new kitchen, we thought that there was no point in buying something without seeing it first. Although they had this worktop on display there we decided to shop around for cheaper alternatives and then we stumbled on this site which offers them for the cheapest I had seen. The work surface is smooth and cool to the touch while offering a visual treat whenever we step into the kitchen; my wife has started referring to it as "Cookies and Cream".

For a budget worktop this is amazing. You get a great pattern designed by people who obviously know what they're doing for a brilliantly cheap price. The overall quality of the worktop is great, the pattern is crisp and clear, telling me that this isn't printed but instead moulded with the pattern, another thing that tells me this is the apparent lack of recurring patters, now after saying this and checking for nearly 15 minutes I can say that there definitely aren't any recurring patters, however I did get some weird looks from my wife. The worktop is brilliant, really well done.

I'm very pleased with the level of customer service I recieved when buying this kitchen work top, I am genuinely impressed. They helped me to pick out the perfect one for me when I was a little lost on which one I wanted, they asked a couple of questions about me and what style I wanted and then they offered me a couple of suggestions, I immediately saw this one and fell in love, the white and the black flow so well together it's like a black and white photo of a galaxies. They then helped me with my dimensions and what I would need for my kitchen. Astounded by my service, 10/10
