Ordered 2 stools - delivered next day as promised. Slight cosmetic damage to one stool - this was dealt with politely and efficiently with replacement item rapidly delivered. A+++
Being used at kitchen counter to prepare food. Cannot stand for long because of spinal problem and by using the bar stool I can prepare/chop etc and then swivel and reach cupboards. It is extremely comfortable and attractive as well as a boon.

The stools arrived the very next day but unfortunately one was damaged. I spoke to the company. The call was answered by a person who dealt with my enquiry. They are going to send a replacement for this damaged seat. I am very impressed with the speed of service and courteous response from the company
