I run a graphics illustrator studio and I had sunk a lot of time and effort into making my studio comfortable for clients that demand their artwork designed right in front of them so I felt a need for some stylish and functional (and comfortable of course) stools for clients for to sit n. The giola fixed height stools achieved exactly what i wanted. I am very pleased with the final look, quality, practicality, of my studio.
The stools arrived on time. Unfortunately, there were several screws that were missing. We informed sbs, and they responded quickly and sent a new kit including extra screws. The queries were answered quickly, and all in all we were happy.
We ordered two different products at same time; one arrived on time and other didn't. We finally cancelled the second product after waiting for a week on top of delivery date. I guess the problem is with the supplier service they use.
