Received tap yesterday and it's fantastic and arrived a lot quicker than expected, i'm impressed,
We ordered a pair of davos kitchen tap. After installing we found one of them was wobbly and had a leak. Their support staff insisted it must be something to do with installation as they double check their product before dispatching. I told them they were installed by a professional plumber and leak came with the tap. This went on and it took 3 days and numerous emails to get a replace.
I was facing problem in installing it by myself but the online support made things so easy and made it so less stressful than expected. Thanks again for such a great product and service.
